Ann Darwish, Madeline Denison, and Alice Miller are part of a team of ten agents from various realty companies in the Naples Area Board of REALTORS’ Leadership Development Class of 2008. The purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to train future visionary leaders for NABOR and the community. Education includes developing and executing a community-minded project demonstrating respect for our community and a desire to see its residents thrive and grow. The project is supervised by Amerivest Agent, Karen Meola as Committee Chair. (Pictured left to right; Ann Darwish, Karen Meloa, Alice Miller and Madeline Denison.)

Working together with Eden Florida, local businesses, and other volunteers, the Leadership Development class raised nearly $4,000 at NABOR’s Tech Expo. On Monday, November 3rd they planted a bufferfly, vegetable and herb garden at Eden’s County Barn Rd. facilities. The garden was designed as a hands-on learning tool for the students of Eden to experience plants, gardening, growing, and the beauty of nature. Eden Florida is a not for profit foundation charged with the mission of improving the lives of children and adults with autism and their families.

Please come join us for the dedication on NOVEMBER 12, 2008, 9:30 A.M. at Eden Florida Eimerman Education Center, 2801 County Barn Road Naples, Florida 34112.

On behalf of the Amerivest Realty’s 2008 NABOR Leadership Development Team Members, “It has been a wonderful experience to be a part of this project and to give back to our community.”
