Located in the northern half of Lely Resort, Avonlea is a private neighborhood of 34 single-family homes situated on three cul-de-sacs surrounded by nature preserves and views across the fairways of The Classics golf course.
According to John Zagar, vice president of sales, since marketing began in January of this year, 14 of the 34 homes have sold. The average sale price has been $800,000, he said.
Avonlea offers five Mediterranean-style floor plans ranging from 2,601 to 2,889 square feet under air, each offers a three-car garage and pool and spa options. Two furnished models are planned for the winter season. Pricing begins in the mid-$600,000s.
Amenities at Lely Resort include The Players Club & Spa, three golf courses and two golf clubhouses within the community. The Players Club & Spa features a fitness center, full-service spa, resort-style pool and tennis complex.

The fourth and final floor of The Six10 Buildings in downtown Naples has been poured, according to Naples Re-Development Inc.
The Six10 Buildings are mixed residential and commercial project combining upper story loft residences with ground floor commercial space.
The Six10 Buildings on 10th Street consist of four floors. At ground level will be commercial space for shops. Above are two levels of three loft residences each. The lower level lofts will offer a single-story plan while the upper three lofts will offer a two-story design.
The Sixth Avenue North building will have three floors with commercial space on the ground floor and six two-story loft residences above.
