MLS statistics released for improved residential property (not lots) for all Naples MLS users. Inventory remains stable as we complete the year long correction. We are still expecting buying activity to pick up in October. These statistics will start showing improvement in November as the October numbers are released. We will have completed a "normal" year and stop comparing figures to a year that was a complete anomaly.
