MLS statistics released for improved residential property (not lots) for all Naples MLS users. Inventory has finally leveled off as the same numbers of units were on the market this time last month. Buying activity remains steady but more focused on single family then condos. The condo market continues to be the soft spot as their prices were over inflated by the now fleeing investors.
