MLS statistics released for improved residential property (not lots). January’s pendings were extremely week and inventories continued their ascent, yet we are encouraged by activity in the first part of February. We’ll see if the numbers prove that next month. We are forecasting improved pending numbers through the first & second quarters of 2006 as sellers who have to sell will offer more attractive pricing.
