MLS statistics released for improved residential property (not lots). The best news about the 4th quarter of 2005 is that it is over. Naples was screaming to all new highs but a very soft quarter ends the year about the same as last year. Not so bad considering those numbers were a new high. Signs of strength are appearing, Amerivest Realty is reporting strong web activity and increasing interest over the last quarter (see prior article). We are forecasting improving numbers through the first quarter of 2006.
