October 2005 Naples MLS Stats Reported

MLS statistics released for improved residential property (not lots). Inventories continue to rise as the pace of pending sales continues to slow. Two months does not make a trend, but we can now say our market is taking a breath. We would classify this as a market coming back into balance after several years of a "Sellers Market".
